No patient health information

Do not submit patient health information (PHI) through this website. Forms are intended for business contact information only. Services involving PHI are governed by a separate agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Intellectual property

The NextRCM name, logo, text, graphics, and design are owned by NextRCM and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Other product or company names mentioned (e.g., EHR platforms) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe compatibility. No partnership or endorsement is implied.
