Information we collect
Business contact details you submit: when you complete a form or request the DME Denial-Reduction Scorecard, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, work email, company, phone number, and role. Submissions are delivered to our business inbox and kept as a lead record in our secure systems so we can follow up.
Basic usage data: like most websites, our hosting provider may record non-identifying technical data (e.g., pages viewed, approximate region, device/browser type) to keep the site secure and reliable. With your consent through our cookie notice, we also use the Meta Pixel for marketing measurement; see the section on cookies and advertising measurement below.
We do not request or knowingly collect patient health information (PHI) through this website. Please never submit patient, claim, or other protected health data through our forms.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry, arrange a call, and send the resources you requested.
To improve our website and services and to keep them secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate the site (e.g., website hosting, email delivery, and secure lead storage) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Cookies and advertising measurement
This website sets no marketing cookies unless you accept our cookie notice. If you accept, we load the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool from Meta Platforms, which records page views and general interactions so we can understand how our marketing performs. We do not pass your name, email, phone number, or any health information to Meta. If you do not accept the notice, the pixel never loads. You can read how Meta handles this data in Meta's own privacy policy.
PHI and our client services (separate from this website)
When NextRCM provides billing and RCM services to a client, any protected health information is handled under a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and HIPAA-aligned safeguards, not through this public website.
Data retention & security
We keep business contact information only as long as needed to respond to and manage our relationship with you, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you provide.
Your choices & rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the contact information you have provided by emailing info@nextrcm.com. Residents of certain states (e.g., California under the CCPA/CPRA) may have additional rights, which we honor where applicable.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy.
